By the raise of hands: how many of you want to change something about your physical body?

If you’re like we were a few years ago, the honest answers to those questions were: YES, NO, and NO.

Funny thing is I thought I was ‘eating right.’ I thought I was exercising right. Results: I felt like crap, I slept for nearly 12 hours a night, I had no vitality, I would often have diarrhea and upset stomach, I was over fat. I just didn’t understand what I do now. I didn’t REALLY know what to do, and I hadn’t developed the emotional muscle to do what I knew consistently.
Personal change is such a tough thing. Let’s be honest here: most people fail to change much about themselves throughout their life. Most people go through life running the same patterns, repeating the same cycles, and getting the same results that they’ve always gotten. Making lifestyle changes around diet and fitness is no different. In fact, statistics show that very few people who go on a diet actually stick to it, and those that do usually gain the weight they lost on the diet back, plus more. The change rarely sticks.
Here’s why: people rarely throw themselves into a situation where they MUST change. For example, join the military, and you better believe you’re going to experience a lot of personal change. Get married, and you better believe you’re going to experience a lot of personal change. In a way, you are almost forced to change because you’re thrown into the military or marital system for example. The key is the system.
Fast forward a few years: this is me after I had finally figured out what ACTUALLY works, and had developed the emotional muscle to DO IT. Result: I’ve never felt better, I sleep less, my digestion is fixed, I have energy to spare, I lost the fat. Ultimately, I’m closer to the self-actualization I am committed to achieving. 
I absolutely HATE to self promote, and I hate to use such a raw form of picture (mirror and cell phone haha). But the point is this: this is REAL. It isn’t photoshop, and it isn’t hyperbole. What changed everything for me is a SYSTEM of understandings and actions. Okay back to you, the reality is if you just can’t get yourself to make a LASTING change, it’s probably because you LACK A SYSTEM.
Transformetics has developed the SYSTEM that you’ve been looking for!
Ultimately, the transformetics system is about 2 things: 1. knowing what to do, and 2. doing what you know.
1. Know what to do.
-STRATEGY-
We start off by seeing where you are, and what you’re currently doing. We measure your body fat percentage, weight, and inches. We get you to set up some ‘goals’ or visions of where you want to be and then go to work. We formulate an action plan for the week: nutrition, exercise, and application. After week 1, we remeasure, reflect and set up a plan for the following week. This is done every week on the day of your choosing (for example maybe Sunday nights we meet). We re-evaluate what you did, what happened to your body (remeasure), and then make necessary adjusts for the upcoming week. The plan is SPECIFIC and built around your life. For instance, maybe you have 3 days where you can take an hour for exercise. The plan will be set up according to what time and resources you have available. It’s not about stringent rules, it’s about setting yourself up to win.

-Transformetics Nutrition Strategy-
Transformetics has developed a nutrition strategy that JUST WORKS. It’s based on emerging science in the area of evolutionary biology, as well as studies in genetics, biology, and nutrition. Specifically, it’s based off of recent studies and findings about the importance of keeping your insulin levels normalized, balancing your omega 3 to 6 fatty acid rations, and ingesting enough quality amino acids to really build your muscle, cut the fat, and experience high energy levels. The Transformetics nutritional system isn’t about specific portions, calorie counting, and micro analyzing everything you eat. It’s about PRINCIPLES. It’s about eating the right foods that your body evolved to eat. It’s simple, easy, and even tasteful (although kicking the sugar cravings takes a lot of will power and some time). The results that this way of eating provides are off the charts.
-Transformetics Workout Strategy-
Tired of being confused on what to do when you exercise? I was too. In fact, it took me years of trial and error and ceaseless research to stumble upon this SIMPLE distinction: whatever SHOCKS and TRAUMATIZES your body works. I don’t care if it’s lifting weights, climbing on monkey bars, or walking to the store. If your body is getting shocked, and you are feeling a bit traumatized after, good things are happening. Workout routines are designed to SHOCK and TRAUMATIZE your body into change. To do this, we will constantly be changing up what you’ll be doing. We set up this workout plan for YOUR success on a weekly basis. Here’s the foundations behind Transformetics workout strategy:

Ultimately, this weekly strategy session is about measurement and tracking how your body is responding. Then, it’s about calibrating and adjusting.
2. Do what you know
APPLICATION
Most people need help with both, but many people really really really need help with this. What we do here is communicate on a daily basis. I’m your accountability drill sergeant. I won’t let you fail to follow through. It just won’t happen. I’m passionate about this. I KNOW what it takes to rewire your brain and your habits. I’ll get you over the initial hump. When things get hard, i’ll be there making sure you’re STICKING WITH IT. This is about accountability and follow through. It’s the SYSTEM that forces personal change. That’s the bottom line. This is done through email, text, or phone (sometimes all three). In addition to this, everyday I send you new things to read and learn. I’ve weeded through hundreds of books, thousands of sites, and what seems like millions of articles, on WHAT WORKS. Both what works to create personal change, as well as what works to make your body change. This is a straight shot of holy grail information on a daily basis.
This is an 8 week program: The goal is to transform your body. But beyond that, the goal is to transform your whole lifestyle, and your desires. It’s about creating positive habits and nixing out the negative ones. It’s about getting into a system that forces you to follow through and literally rewires your brain (the science of habits is quite fascinating). This was developed not to make you dependent, but to make you independent.
People don’t need some new fad diet. People don’t need another piece of exercise equipment. People need strategy based on science and results, and the system to follow through and consistently apply that strategy. This is what creates REAL results. This is what will really transform your body, habits, desires, and lifestyle that will lead to a fit, healthy, vibrant body.
The Cost
Coaching: $50 per week which includes all of it: the daily follow through and the personalized weekly strategy.
If you’re in the Utah and you feel like you need help in the area of specific workouts and you’re interested in learning new ways to really shock and traumatize your body into change, it’s $40 per 1 hour training session. My goal isn’t to make people dependent. My goal is to make people INDEPENDENT. To teach you what it’s like to have a level 8, 9, and 10 workout: aka shock and traumatize your body. Results come from that.
