Every day we’ll be following up with you. We’ll become GOOD friends. I hate to use the cheesy term “accountabili-buddy” but that really describes it. We hold you accountable to FOLLOW THROUGH. We get you to stay ON TRACK. This isn’t done through a drill-sargeant mentailty, but through a frame of love.
In addition, everyday we go over that day’s reality shifting information and make sure an deep understanding has been made.
Every week we set up a specific training and nutrition strategy as well.

Whatever you have gotten good at in life is the result of DAILY focus. Every day you make a new distinction. Everyday you learn something new. Everyday you internalize something. Everyday you have your mind pointed in specific directions. HEALTH AND FITNESS IS NO DIFFERENT.

-Create the alter-ego that will get your through the hard times
-Understand how the stories we tell ourselves, about ourselves, impact our power!
Day 4: Standards-Creating Your Future
-Determine your new standards for your body
-Determine outcomes and daily processes to move forward
Day 5: DECIDE TO DO IT
-Program Review
