This is about KNOWING WHAT TO DO. Very few people actually have any idea what effective strategy is when it comes to health and fitness. After years of trial and error, scientific research, personal application, while connecting the dots, Transformetics has uprooted the buried principles behind WHAT WORKS. It’s about PRINCIPLES, not specifics.
Transformetics strategy emerged from the woodwork by ‘connecting the dots’ of multiple areas of science (evolution, biology, nutrition, genetics, and epigenetics) along with years of personal trial and error using ourselves and our personal training clients as the guinea pigs. It is the culmination of years of research and years of application that has been condensed down to a few SIMPLE principles
People who enjoy a physically fit and healthy body never get there through made for TV work out plans or the newest nutritional craze. It comes from knowing core principles and understanding how they should be applied in our lives! Nutrition
After years of confusion, transformetics nutrition principles have finally been ‘discovered.’ What was the big discovery? Eat foods the human body evolved eating. That’s it. Eating ADAPTIVE foods (foods we adapted to eat) produces a healthy, fit, energetic, vibrant body. Eating ‘the other stuff’ produces the opposite.
Drop the grains and sugars and pick up the veggies!
So what are these simple principles?
1. Normalize your insulin levels and keep them low by eating approximately 50-150 grams of carbs per day
-How? Drop the grains and sugar, eat vegetables and fruits
-Results : fat literally melts off, body weight normalizes, energy increases
2. Eat nutrient dense, live, natural foods
-How? Eat the green stuff!
-Results: sleep less, consistent sustained energy throughout the day, clean blood flowing through you, improved skin, optimized antioxidant and nutrition levelsN
3. Eat plenty of healthy fats, especially omega 3′s
-How? Take a quality fish oil supplement. Consume more nuts, seed, and fish. Eat grass fed meats.
-Results: an optimally running body while avoiding many ailments associated with omega 3 and fat deficiency
4. Eat plenty of quality protein
-How? Eat quality meats. Get a whey protein supplement. Eat nuts and seeds.
-Results: anabolic bodies, maintenance of lean muscle mass, ability to build muscle, a ‘faster’ metabolism consistent energy
5. Make it taste good and eat until you’re comfortably full
-How? Use natural spices, herbs, and seasonings.
-Results: Good food that is naturally delicious!

If we look at what’s producing the horrific results behind the American health crisis it becomes apparent that most people are doing the opposite.
1. Average American is eating 300+ grams of processed sugar and carbs per day
-How? White bread, sugar filled drinks, sugar infused boxed food and fast food
-Results: Diabetes, cancer, heart disease, inflammation, ‘broken’ brain (depression, anxiety, add, etc), chronically elevated glucose levels, insulin resistance
2. Average American gets little to no nutrition
-How? Fortified foods and a vitamin supplement doesn’t get assimilated by the body
-Results: Energy spikes, lethargy, acne, brain fog, low energy, lack of vitality
3. Average American eats trans-fats and alot of omega 6′s with very little if any omega 3′s
-How? Fried everything. Grain fed meats.
-Results: Heart disease, cancer, ‘broken brain,’ lack of vitality
4. Average American eats a high carb, lower protein diet from junk sources
-How? Commercially raised animals, fried meats
-Results: Catabolic bodies (muscle breakdown…bye bye muscle!), continuous muscle break down over their lifetime which results in a lower metabolism and insidious weight and fat gain.
5. Average American’s taste buds have been perverted and desensitized by sugar infused garbage food
ULTIMATE RESULTS? an epidemic of obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes to name a few. Sadly, people are walking zombies with no vitality at all.

Training
Tired of being confused on what to do when you exercise? I was too. In fact, it took me years of trial and error and ceaseless research to stumble upon this SIMPLE distinction: whatever SHOCKS and TRAUMATIZES your body works. I don’t care if it’s lifting weights, climbing on monkey bars, or walking to the store. If your body is getting shocked, and you are feeling a bit traumatized after your workout, good things are happening.
