Knowing what to do is half the battle – but actually doing it is what will create a transformation. This is what we call consistent application.

Transformetics.com is dedicated to sharing the newest and most important information out there about health, fitness and overall wellness. But all of this knowledge means very little if you, the readers, aren’t out there applying it in your lives.
Every Tuesday and Thursday there will be a follow up post to what was discussed on Monday and Wednesday. These posts will focus on the real world application of these principles, along with either a personal story, an experience, or video. The hope is that something will click emotionally – you’ll find something to relate to in whatever is being discussed that day on a deeper level than just understanding too many carbs can make you fat.
We know that sometimes the hardest part about getting in shape isn’t knowing what to do, but actually getting out there and doing what you know. So we hope to arm you with not only the knowledge of how to meet your goals, but also the confidence, motivation and determination to exceed those goals.
