HAVING A HEALTHY, FIT, YOUTHFUL BODY HINGES ON THE PRODUCTION OF THIS ONE HORMONE

42-17482026What hormone you ask? Human Growth Hormone or HGH. Human growth hormone (HGH) is a protein produced by the pituitary gland. It is considered to be the ‘fountain of youth.’ Here’s a list of roles it plays in the body:

    Excellent article! I came across something similar a few months ago.

    I met a biologist who had to be the most stunning woman I had ever seen- she is 76 years old! Her skin is better than mine, she has the figure women a third her age would kill eachother for and obviously she’s still as sharp as a tack. I didn’t think people looked like her in real life, especially in a stinky old lab. I asked her where the heck she found the fountain of youth and she said the only things she has ever done are 1. excercise every day and 2. NO sugary stuff in her diet. I like taking the easy way out of everything, so this is not what I wanted to hear.

    She went into a lot more detail about HGH and said there’s no substitute for what your body actually makes through hard work, and anything anyone is selling won’t work. Le sigh.

    I’m glad to see this again from another reliable source.

    Yeah – the realization that pills and injections won’t do anything is something that a lot of people never fully grasp. I think it’s natural to want the quick fix, but well, it never lasts.

    Wow, great article..

    I’ve experienced these effects in my own results as we’ll. I’ve always been told that a person either trains to add muscle or trains to rip down. After following these simple principles with 100% dedication I’ve watched my weight fluctuate very little and my fat/muscle composition completely change. So much for my thinking!
